    • Final review of borrower's loan documents before file is sent to the bank in order to reassure loan approval. 3.Submission of loan file to bank.

    Deliver Loan Approval to all parties and actively working with borrower(s) to meet all approval conditions.

    Coordinating & Maintaining regular contact with investor(s), realtors, lender and seller to apprise of loan application status and other relevant information.

    Collaborating with the borrower(s), and other parties, to help resolve any issues which could potentially arise during the application process and which would otherwise consume much needed time without expert involvement.

    Helping resolve last minute "key" negotiations and due diligence which could potentially delay closing.

  • Closing Coordination

    Arranging delivery of closings documents to all parties and helping accommodate/coordinate borrower´s schedule to close in the United States or in an U.S. Embassy/Consulate overseas.

  • 100% Closing Participation

    Transporting borrower(s) to and from closing as well as assisting during closing to making sure everything goes smoothly.

  • Post Closing Services

    Making all property management services available to borrower(s) such as: Tennant Finder Service, Loan Protection Insurance, Decorator Finder Services, Post Closing Legal Assistance.
